Ele comprou um produto que estava etiquetado como <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/pt\/esr-tool-steel\/\">A\u00e7o ferramenta ESR H13<\/a> Ele adquiriu o a\u00e7o de um fornecedor, colocou-o em produ\u00e7\u00e3o e descobriu que as matrizes tinham um desempenho quase id\u00eantico ao do a\u00e7o H13 comum, sem processo de refus\u00e3o por eletroesc\u00f3ria. Se um lote de H13 rotulado como ESR n\u00e3o apresentar melhoria na vida \u00fatil do molde ou na tenacidade em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o H13 padr\u00e3o, a explica\u00e7\u00e3o mais prov\u00e1vel \u00e9 que o material nunca passou pelo processo ESR ou passou por uma vers\u00e3o de baixa qualidade que n\u00e3o proporcionou o refino esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-the-macrostructure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que verificar na macroestrutura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os lingotes genu\u00ednos de a\u00e7o ESR solidificam sem as cavidades de contra\u00e7\u00e3o central e a porosidade que comumente aparecem em lingotes convencionais. Um teste de ataque \u00e1cido profundo a quente em uma se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal revelar\u00e1 claramente essa diferen\u00e7a. O a\u00e7o convencional de fus\u00e3o \u00fanica normalmente apresenta inclus\u00f5es na linha central, marcas de fratura e porosidade sob esse teste, enquanto o material ESR aut\u00eantico mostra uma superf\u00edcie densa e uniforme, livre desses defeitos. O a\u00e7o ESR tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 livre da macrosegrega\u00e7\u00e3o que aparece em lingotes convencionais, onde o teor de carbono e de liga pode variar consideravelmente do centro da se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal at\u00e9 a borda. Especificamente no a\u00e7o H13, o espa\u00e7amento interdendr\u00edtico no centro de um lingote convencional normalmente varia de 700 a 800 micr\u00f4metros. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, um lingote de a\u00e7o ESR processado adequadamente reduz esse valor para algo entre 450 e 500 micr\u00f4metros. Os valores exatos variam com o di\u00e2metro do lingote e o local da amostragem, portanto, esses n\u00fameros s\u00e3o uma faixa de refer\u00eancia \u00fatil, e n\u00e3o um limite fixo de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o ou reprova\u00e7\u00e3o. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o de bandas de carbonetos \u00e9 outro indicador. O a\u00e7o ESR apresenta muito menos bandas, juntamente com carbonetos eut\u00e9ticos menores e mais uniformemente distribu\u00eddos. Essa estrutura de carbonetos mais fina e uniforme \u00e9 um dos principais motivos pelos quais o a\u00e7o ESR H13 responde melhor a <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/pt\/h13-steel-heat-treatment\/\">tratamento t\u00e9rmico<\/a> e apresenta melhor desempenho sob ciclos t\u00e9rmicos repetidos em matrizes de extrus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-cleanliness\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que verificar na limpeza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A esc\u00f3ria ESR filtra inclus\u00f5es de \u00f3xidos, silicatos e sulfetos \u00e0 medida que as gotas de metal fundido passam por ela durante a refus\u00e3o. Uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de limpeza microsc\u00f3pica segundo a norma ASTM E-45 geralmente coloca o a\u00e7o padr\u00e3o para forno el\u00e9trico na faixa de 2,0 a 2,5 para inclus\u00f5es espessas de sulfetos e silicatos. Em contraste, o a\u00e7o ESR genu\u00edno geralmente apresenta um \u00edndice de 1,0 ou inferior, muitas vezes sem nenhuma inclus\u00e3o espessa. Essas faixas variam dependendo da limpeza inicial do eletrodo e se houve refino secund\u00e1rio, como em forno panela ou desgaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo, antes do ESR. Portanto, devem ser interpretadas como faixas t\u00edpicas e n\u00e3o como limites fixos. O teor de enxofre apresenta um padr\u00e3o semelhante. O ESR geralmente reduz os n\u00edveis de enxofre em 50 a 70% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o material inicial, e uma qu\u00edmica de esc\u00f3ria bem controlada pode reduzi-los para cerca de 0,002%. No entanto, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o exata depende do teor de enxofre do eletrodo e do projeto da esc\u00f3ria. Um certificado de f\u00e1brica que mostre um teor de enxofre em conformidade com o H13 comum ainda \u00e9 um forte ind\u00edcio de que a alega\u00e7\u00e3o de ESR n\u00e3o se sustenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-mechanical-behavior\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que verificar no comportamento mec\u00e2nico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como o processo ESR elimina a macrosegrega\u00e7\u00e3o e alinha a estrutura interna, o a\u00e7o resultante \u00e9 quase isotr\u00f3pico, o que significa que as propriedades medidas transversalmente ao material s\u00e3o praticamente as mesmas que as propriedades medidas longitudinalmente. No a\u00e7o convencional, a ductilidade e a tenacidade transversais geralmente ficam muito aqu\u00e9m dos valores longitudinais. O a\u00e7o ESR H13 produzido corretamente geralmente atinge uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o transversal e longitudinal e alongamento na faixa de 0,90 ou superior, com uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de tenacidade ao impacto frequentemente acima de 0,78. No entanto, os valores exatos variam com a taxa de forjamento e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento t\u00e9rmico. Testes de fadiga refor\u00e7am esse padr\u00e3o. O a\u00e7o ESR genu\u00edno suporta consistentemente mais ciclos de tens\u00e3o antes da ruptura do que o a\u00e7o fundido ao ar da mesma classe, o que explica diretamente por que as matrizes de extrus\u00e3o de a\u00e7o ESR H13 genu\u00edno devem ter uma vida \u00fatil maior do que as convencionais em servi\u00e7o de extrus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-on-the-ingot-surface\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que verificar na superf\u00edcie do lingote<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea tiver acesso ao lingote antes de ele ser forjado ou laminado, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie \u00e9 uma das verifica\u00e7\u00f5es mais f\u00e1ceis dispon\u00edveis. O molde refrigerado a \u00e1gua usado no processo ESR congela uma fina camada de esc\u00f3ria s\u00f3lida entre a parede do molde e o a\u00e7o em solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o que deixa o lingote com uma superf\u00edcie limpa e lisa que n\u00e3o precisa de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o antes do trabalho a quente. Lingotes convencionais quase sempre exigem condicionamento superficial pr\u00e9vio \u2014 uma superf\u00edcie \u00e1spera e n\u00e3o refinada em material vendido como ESR \u00e9 motivo de suspeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-turning-suspicion-into-evidence\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transformando suspeitas em provas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para um comprador que j\u00e1 suspeita que um lote foi rotulado incorretamente, o caminho pr\u00e1tico a seguir \u00e9 solicitar uma foto do teste de corros\u00e3o \u00e1cida a quente, um relat\u00f3rio de limpeza ASTM E-45 e o teor de enxofre do certificado de f\u00e1brica, comparando esses valores com as faixas de ESR esperadas mencionadas acima. Qualquer uma dessas verifica\u00e7\u00f5es, por si s\u00f3, \u00e9 \u00fatil.
