Um ou dois elementos apresentam valores fora da faixa esperada. A rea\u00e7\u00e3o imediata \u00e9 compreens\u00edvel: ser\u00e1 que a sider\u00fargica enviou material de qualidade inferior para ganhar o pedido e planeja enviar algo diferente no lote principal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o surge com frequ\u00eancia suficiente no com\u00e9rcio internacional de a\u00e7os para ferramentas, por isso vale a pena analis\u00e1-la com calma, pois a causa raramente \u00e9 o que os compradores presumem inicialmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um caso recente envolvendo um fabricante brit\u00e2nico de facas industriais e l\u00e2minas para trituradores ilustra bem isso. Ap\u00f3s realizar um teste independente em uma amostra D2, o pr\u00f3prio laborat\u00f3rio do cliente nos enviou a faixa de refer\u00eancia qu\u00edmica que estava utilizando, juntamente com os resultados das medi\u00e7\u00f5es, e nos pediu para explicar por que dois elementos apresentaram valores abaixo dessa faixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-a-test-report-can-look-out-of-spec-when-the-steel-is-not\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por que um relat\u00f3rio de teste pode parecer &quot;fora das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es&quot; quando o a\u00e7o n\u00e3o est\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de concluir que um fornecedor manipulou a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, \u00e9 \u00fatil verificar tr\u00eas aspectos que causam mais disputas do que problemas reais na composi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-1-the-reference-range-itself-may-be-wrong\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. O pr\u00f3prio intervalo de refer\u00eancia pode estar incorreto. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste caso, o pr\u00f3prio laborat\u00f3rio do cliente estava utilizando uma faixa de refer\u00eancia de 0,60% a 1,60% para mangan\u00eas, e o resultado medido para a amostra foi de 0,40%, abaixo dessa faixa. Essa faixa de refer\u00eancia est\u00e1 incorreta. De acordo com a norma ASTM A681, a faixa padr\u00e3o de Mn para D2 situa-se entre 0,10% e 0,60%. De acordo com a norma DIN EN ISO 4957, para o equivalente europeu, 1.2379, a faixa aceita \u00e9 de 0,20% a 0,60%. Medido em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao padr\u00e3o correto, um resultado de 0,40% situa-se confortavelmente dentro da faixa aceita, e n\u00e3o fora dela. O teor de Mn \u00e9 um ponto comum de confus\u00e3o entre D2 e 1.2379, e esse tipo de equ\u00edvoco n\u00e3o \u00e9 um mero erro de digita\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse mesmo efeito superficial ocorre nos a\u00e7os D2 e 1.2379 durante o recozimento ou tratamento t\u00e9rmico sem prote\u00e7\u00e3o, frequentemente levando a leituras de carbono falsamente baixas se a amostra n\u00e3o for preparada corretamente antes do teste.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-composition-is-the-easiest-thing-for-a-mill-to-get-right-and-the-hardest-thing-to-fake\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Uma sider\u00fargica n\u00e3o tem como enviar seletivamente uma amostra &quot;boa&quot; para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o diferente para o pedido de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, pois cada elemento \u00e9 fixado durante a fus\u00e3o e definido muito antes do material ser laminado, forjado ou tratado termicamente. Um comprador que suspeite desse tipo de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o pode confirmar ou descartar imediatamente usando um espectr\u00f4metro PMI port\u00e1til ou um novo teste laboratorial padr\u00e3o no material entregue, e qualquer discrep\u00e2ncia real seria detectada instantaneamente. Manipular a composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica para aprovar uma amostra e reprovar um lote seria um esfor\u00e7o in\u00fatil, j\u00e1 que o produto final \u00e9 t\u00e3o f\u00e1cil de verificar quanto a amostra original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-before-raising-a-quality-concern\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que verificar antes de relatar uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando um resultado de teste parece discrepante, uma breve verifica\u00e7\u00e3o resolve a maioria das disputas mais rapidamente do que uma longa troca de e-mails. Comece confirmando de qual norma e qual grau o intervalo foi extra\u00eddo, visto que os graus D2, 1.2379 e similares para trabalho a frio t\u00eam composi\u00e7\u00f5es suficientemente pr\u00f3ximas para que os intervalos sejam facilmente confundidos. Especificamente para uma leitura de baixo teor de carbono, confirme se a superf\u00edcie da amostra foi retificada em 1 a 2 mm antes da an\u00e1lise e se o resultado reflete uma m\u00e9dia de 3 a 4 pontos de teste, e n\u00e3o um \u00fanico ponto, j\u00e1 que uma camada superficial descarbonetada, quando presente, reduzir\u00e1 a leitura independentemente da composi\u00e7\u00e3o real do material. Por fim, solicite o certificado de teste de f\u00e1brica (MTC) conforme a norma EN 10204 3.1 juntamente com o relat\u00f3rio original, pois um certificado v\u00e1lido demonstrar\u00e1 a consist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica em toda a corrida e fornecer\u00e1 um segundo ponto de dados para compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o resultado do laborat\u00f3rio independente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-a-transparent-supplier-should-provide\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que um fornecedor transparente deve fornecer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um fornecedor confiante em seu pr\u00f3prio controle de qualidade deve estar disposto a fornecer, sem hesita\u00e7\u00e3o, toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria: composi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, dureza, microestrutura, resultados de ultrassom (UT) e de energia de impacto, juntamente com o certificado de teste de usinagem para o calor espec\u00edfico. Se um comprador solicitar a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o de um relat\u00f3rio de teste em chin\u00eas, essa solicita\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser atendida sem obje\u00e7\u00f5es, visto que os dados subjacentes falam por si, independentemente do idioma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disputas sobre a composi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o comuns no fornecimento internacional de a\u00e7o para ferramentas, especialmente quando compradores e sider\u00fargicas operam sob sistemas de normas diferentes. A maioria delas se resolve quando ambas as partes utilizam a mesma faixa de refer\u00eancia e m\u00e9todo de amostragem.
