Com o processo D2, o superaquecimento geralmente causa falhas mais graves do que um processamento ligeiramente conservador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-cooling-d2-too-far-before-tempering\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Resfriamento excessivo do D2 antes do revenimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o deixe o a\u00e7o D2 endurecido esfriar completamente sem revenimento. Resfrie a ferramenta completamente \u00e0 temperatura ambiente entre os ciclos de revenimento. Caso seja inevit\u00e1vel uma retifica\u00e7\u00e3o pesada, aplique um revenido para al\u00edvio de tens\u00f5es a uma temperatura cerca de 40\u00b0C \/ 80\u00b0F abaixo da temperatura de revenido original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-skipping-stress-relief-after-edm-or-welding\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Ignorar o al\u00edvio do estresse ap\u00f3s eletroeros\u00e3o ou soldagem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o deixe tens\u00f5es resultantes de eletroeros\u00e3o ou soldagem sem tratamento.
