Tratamento t\u00e9rmico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O a\u00e7o M2 s\u00f3 pode atingir o desempenho necess\u00e1rio por meio de tratamento t\u00e9rmico adequado. O objetivo principal de&nbsp;<em>Tratamento t\u00e9rmico de a\u00e7o para ferramentas M2<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e9 transformar o a\u00e7o M2 de um estado amolecido e recozido (composto principalmente de ferrita e carbonetos de liga) em uma estrutura martens\u00edtica temperada e revenida, na qual os carbonetos s\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o ideal para atender aos requisitos de desempenho de corte necess\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sequ\u00eancia t\u00edpica de tratamento t\u00e9rmico para a\u00e7o ferramenta M2 envolve as seguintes etapas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"11-eael-table-of-content\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Pr\u00e9-aquecimento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pr\u00e9-aquecimento dos materiais deve ser realizado em etapas para minimizar o risco de choque t\u00e9rmico, especialmente quando houver diferen\u00e7as significativas na se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal das pe\u00e7as. Se o forno for aquecido primeiro a&nbsp;<strong>650\u00b0C (1200\u00b0F)<\/strong>Podemos colocar pe\u00e7as M2 na parte superior do forno para remover qualquer resfriante e, em seguida, coloc\u00e1-las no forno. Isso ajuda a reduzir o choque t\u00e9rmico e o risco de rachaduras. Em seguida, elas s\u00e3o colocadas no forno e mantidas l\u00e1 por cerca de 10 a 12 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"12-eael-table-of-content\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Endurecimento (Austenitiza\u00e7\u00e3o)&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A temperatura de endurecimento do a\u00e7o para ferramentas M2 normalmente varia de&nbsp;<strong>1190\u00b0C a 1220\u00b0C (2175\u00b0F a 2225\u00b0F)<\/strong>Algumas refer\u00eancias citam temperaturas de at\u00e9 1230 \u00b0C (2250 \u00b0F). O tempo de imers\u00e3o na temperatura final de endurecimento para a\u00e7o r\u00e1pido M2 \u00e9 relativamente curto, apenas alguns minutos, dependendo do tamanho da pe\u00e7a e da efici\u00eancia do forno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"13-eael-table-of-content\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 T\u00eampera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&nbsp;<em>t\u00eampera<\/em>&nbsp;O meio pode ser ar, \u00f3leo ou sal. A t\u00eampera em \u00f3leo funciona bem para pe\u00e7as de a\u00e7o M2 com uma se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal de at\u00e9 cerca de 1 a&nbsp;<strong>1,5 polegadas (25-38 mm)<\/strong>. A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o martens\u00edtica come\u00e7a por volta de&nbsp;<strong>316\u00b0C (600\u00b0F)<\/strong>&nbsp;e \u00e9 conclu\u00eddo em cerca de&nbsp;<strong>93\u00b0C (200\u00b0F)<\/strong>. Recomendamos resfriar as pe\u00e7as M2 at\u00e9 aproximadamente&nbsp;<strong>65\u00b0C (150\u00b0F) ap\u00f3s t\u00eampera<\/strong>, prosseguindo ent\u00e3o para a pr\u00f3xima etapa de t\u00eampera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"14-eael-table-of-content\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.4 T\u00eampera<sup data-fn=\"b6594de8-cd7e-4bdc-87d7-2b83e68a1258\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#b6594de8-cd7e-4bdc-87d7-2b83e68a1258\" id=\"b6594de8-cd7e-4bdc-87d7-2b83e68a1258-link\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O revenido \u00e9 realizado no a\u00e7o r\u00e1pido M2 ap\u00f3s a t\u00eampera para aliviar tens\u00f5es internas, aumentar a tenacidade e promover dureza secund\u00e1ria. Ap\u00f3s o primeiro revenimento, o componente de a\u00e7o M2 deve ser completamente resfriado \u00e0 temperatura ambiente antes que o pr\u00f3ximo revenimento possa ser realizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O revenido do a\u00e7o M2 transforma a austenita retida em martensita fresca, precipita carbonetos complexos e contribui significativamente para a dureza secund\u00e1ria do a\u00e7o.
