O processo requer resfriamento cont\u00ednuo, desde a t\u00eampera at\u00e9 -75\u00b0C e, posteriormente, at\u00e9 -196\u00b0C, seguido de revenimento imediato ao retornar \u00e0 temperatura ambiente para aliviar as tens\u00f5es internas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problemas comuns e solu\u00e7\u00f5es no tratamento t\u00e9rmico D3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trincamento por t\u00eampera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fissura\u00e7\u00e3o por t\u00eampera refere-se a fraturas que ocorrem durante ou imediatamente ap\u00f3s o processo de t\u00eampera. Como o a\u00e7o D3 requer uma t\u00eampera em \u00f3leo mais agressiva do que o resfriamento ao ar, a fissura\u00e7\u00e3o geralmente ocorre se os componentes forem resfriados excessivamente no meio de t\u00eampera (abaixo de 50 \u00b0C) ou se houver um atraso entre a t\u00eampera e o revenido. Al\u00e9m disso, altas tens\u00f5es internas resultantes de um endurecimento irregular \u2014 onde a superf\u00edcie endurece, mas o interior permanece sem endurecer \u2014 tamb\u00e9m contribuem para esse fen\u00f4meno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 garantir um pr\u00e9-aquecimento adequado para minimizar o choque t\u00e9rmico e remover os componentes do \u00f3leo quando atingirem temperaturas mornas ao toque (50\u00b0C\u201366\u00b0C), colocando-os imediatamente em seguida em um forno de t\u00eampera pr\u00e9-aquecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baixa dureza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A dureza insuficiente ocorre quando um a\u00e7o ferramenta D3 n\u00e3o atinge a dureza Rockwell C (HRC) esperada. Normalmente, existem duas causas: primeiro, controle inadequado da atmosfera de tratamento t\u00e9rmico, levando \u00e0 descarboneta\u00e7\u00e3o superficial; segundo, temperaturas de austenitiza\u00e7\u00e3o excessivamente altas, que estabilizam a austenita, impedem sua transforma\u00e7\u00e3o em martensita e resultam em austenita retida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pontos fracos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os pontos fracos s\u00e3o \u00e1reas localizadas de dureza reduzida na superf\u00edcie do a\u00e7o ferramenta D3. Isso ocorre porque, durante a t\u00eampera em \u00f3leo, uma pel\u00edcula de vapor com baixa condutividade t\u00e9rmica pode se formar ao redor do a\u00e7o D3.
