Consequently, it exhibits superior hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature strength, tempering resistance, and corrosion resistance compared to 95Cr18 (9Cr18) steel. As a ledeburitic steel, it is prone to non-uniform carbide segregation, which can adversely affect the service life of components.
