Compr\u00f3 lo que estaba etiquetado como <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/es\/esr-tool-steel\/\">Acero para herramientas ESR H13<\/a> Tras adquirir el material de un proveedor, lo puso en producci\u00f3n y comprob\u00f3 que los troqueles ten\u00edan un rendimiento pr\u00e1cticamente id\u00e9ntico al del acero H13 convencional sin tratamiento electroqu\u00edmico. La vida \u00fatil, la resistencia al desgaste y la tenacidad se situaban en el mismo rango que hab\u00eda observado en materiales convencionales. Sospechaba que el acero nunca hab\u00eda sido refundido por electroescoria. Sin embargo, no ten\u00eda forma de demostrarlo, y un proveedor rara vez admitir\u00e1 haber etiquetado err\u00f3neamente un material sin pruebas contundentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta situaci\u00f3n es com\u00fan en el comercio de aceros para herramientas, ya que el tratamiento ESR incrementa considerablemente el costo de producci\u00f3n, y la tentaci\u00f3n de vender acero convencional con la etiqueta ESR es fuerte cuando los compradores no pueden verificar la autenticidad. La buena noticia es que el tratamiento ESR deja evidencia f\u00edsica en el acero que no se puede falsificar. Una vez que se sabe qu\u00e9 buscar, distinguir el acero H13 ESR aut\u00e9ntico del H13 convencional se convierte en una cuesti\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis, no de confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-esr-should-perform-differently-in-the-first-place\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 la tasa de eventos adversos (TEA) deber\u00eda tener un rendimiento diferente desde el principio.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La refundici\u00f3n por electroescoria es un proceso de refinamiento secundario. Un electrodo consumible se funde a trav\u00e9s de una escoria l\u00edquida reactiva, y el acero resultante se solidifica progresivamente desde el fondo del molde hacia arriba. Esta solidificaci\u00f3n direccional es lo que confiere al acero ESR sus ventajas sobre el acero convencional fundido al aire o en horno el\u00e9ctrico. Si un lote de H13 etiquetado como ESR no muestra ninguna mejora en la vida \u00fatil del molde ni en la tenacidad en comparaci\u00f3n con el H13 est\u00e1ndar, la explicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s probable es que el material nunca pas\u00f3 por el proceso ESR, o que se pas\u00f3 por una versi\u00f3n de baja calidad que no logr\u00f3 el refinamiento esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-the-macrostructure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar en la macroestructura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los lingotes ESR aut\u00e9nticos se solidifican sin las cavidades de contracci\u00f3n central ni la porosidad que suelen aparecer en los lingotes convencionales. Una prueba de ataque qu\u00edmico profundo con \u00e1cido caliente en una secci\u00f3n transversal revela claramente esta diferencia. El acero convencional de una sola fusi\u00f3n suele presentar inclusiones en el eje central, marcas de verificaci\u00f3n y porosidad bajo esta prueba, mientras que el material ESR aut\u00e9ntico muestra una superficie densa y uniforme, libre de estos defectos. El acero ESR tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 libre de la macrosegregaci\u00f3n que se observa en los lingotes convencionales, donde el contenido de carbono y aleaci\u00f3n puede variar notablemente desde el centro de la secci\u00f3n transversal hasta el borde. N\u00f3tese la ausencia de inclusiones en el eje central y porosidad.<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-the-microstructure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar en la microestructura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La solidificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y uniforme del ESR produce una estructura de grano m\u00e1s fino y un espaciado m\u00e1s estrecho entre brazos dendr\u00edticos secundarios. En el H13 espec\u00edficamente, el espaciado interdendr\u00edtico en el centro de un lingote convencional suele estar en el rango de 700 a 800 micr\u00f3metros. En comparaci\u00f3n, un lingote ESR procesado correctamente lo reduce a un rango de entre 450 y 500 micr\u00f3metros. Las cifras exactas var\u00edan con el di\u00e1metro del lingote y la ubicaci\u00f3n de la muestra, por lo que estos n\u00fameros son un rango de referencia \u00fatil en lugar de una l\u00ednea fija de aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo. El bandeado de carburos es otro indicador. El acero ESR muestra mucho menos bandeado, junto con carburos eut\u00e9cticos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y distribuidos de manera m\u00e1s uniforme. Esta estructura de carburos m\u00e1s fina y uniforme es una parte importante de por qu\u00e9 el ESR H13 responde mejor a <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/es\/h13-steel-heat-treatment\/\">tratamiento t\u00e9rmico<\/a> y resiste mejor los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos repetidos en las matrices de extrusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-cleanliness\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar en cuanto a la limpieza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escoria ESR filtra las inclusiones de \u00f3xido, silicatos y sulfuros a medida que las gotas de metal fundido la atraviesan durante la refundici\u00f3n. Una clasificaci\u00f3n de limpieza microsc\u00f3pica seg\u00fan ASTM E-45 suele situar al acero est\u00e1ndar para horno el\u00e9ctrico en el rango de 2,0 a 2,5 para inclusiones gruesas de sulfuro y silicato. En contraste, el acero ESR genuino suele tener una clasificaci\u00f3n de 1,0 o inferior, y a menudo no presenta inclusiones gruesas. Estos rangos var\u00edan seg\u00fan la limpieza inicial del electrodo y si se aplic\u00f3 un refinado secundario, como un horno de cuchara o desgasificaci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo, antes del proceso ESR, por lo que deben interpretarse como rangos t\u00edpicos en lugar de umbrales fijos. El contenido de azufre presenta un comportamiento similar. El proceso ESR generalmente reduce los niveles de azufre entre un 50 y un 70 por ciento en comparaci\u00f3n con el material de partida, y una qu\u00edmica de escoria bien controlada puede reducirlos hasta un 0,002 por ciento. Sin embargo, la reducci\u00f3n exacta depende del contenido de azufre del electrodo y del dise\u00f1o de la escoria. Un certificado de f\u00e1brica que muestre un contenido de azufre acorde con el H13 ordinario sigue siendo una clara se\u00f1al de que la afirmaci\u00f3n sobre la ESR no se sostiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-in-mechanical-behavior\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar en el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a que el proceso ESR elimina la macrosegregaci\u00f3n y alinea la estructura interna, el acero resultante es casi isotr\u00f3pico, lo que significa que las propiedades medidas transversalmente son pr\u00e1cticamente las mismas que las medidas longitudinalmente. En el acero convencional, la ductilidad y la tenacidad transversales suelen ser muy inferiores a los valores longitudinales. El acero ESR H13 producido correctamente suele alcanzar una relaci\u00f3n de resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y elongaci\u00f3n transversal\/longitudinal de 0,90 o superior, con una relaci\u00f3n de tenacidad al impacto a menudo superior a 0,78. Sin embargo, las cifras exactas var\u00edan seg\u00fan la relaci\u00f3n de forjado y las condiciones del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Las pruebas de fatiga refuerzan este patr\u00f3n. El acero ESR aut\u00e9ntico soporta sistem\u00e1ticamente m\u00e1s ciclos de tensi\u00f3n antes de la rotura que el acero fundido al aire del mismo grado, lo que explica directamente por qu\u00e9 las matrices de ESR H13 aut\u00e9nticas deber\u00edan durar m\u00e1s que las convencionales en el servicio de extrusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-on-the-ingot-surface\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar en la superficie del lingote<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tiene acceso al lingote antes de forjarlo o laminarlo, la condici\u00f3n de la superficie es una de las comprobaciones m\u00e1s sencillas. El molde refrigerado por agua utilizado en ESR congela una fina capa de escoria s\u00f3lida entre la pared del molde y el acero solidificado, lo que deja el lingote con una superficie limpia y lisa que no necesita ser rectificada antes del trabajo en caliente. Los lingotes convencionales casi siempre requieren un acondicionamiento superficial previo; una superficie rugosa y sin refinar en un material vendido como ESR es motivo de sospecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-turning-suspicion-into-evidence\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Convertir la sospecha en evidencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para un comprador que ya sospecha que un lote est\u00e1 mal etiquetado, lo m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico es solicitar una foto del grabado con \u00e1cido caliente, un informe de limpieza ASTM E-45 y el valor del contenido de azufre del certificado de f\u00e1brica, para luego comparar esos valores con los rangos de ESR esperados mencionados anteriormente. Cualquiera de estas comprobaciones por s\u00ed sola resulta \u00fatil. En Aobo Steel, cada lote que adquirimos como ESR H13 es totalmente trazable hasta la acer\u00eda que lo produjo y viene con informes de pruebas de la acer\u00eda que cubren el contenido de azufre y las clasificaciones de inclusiones, en lugar de solo una etiqueta. El refinado ESR genuino a\u00f1ade un coste real a nivel de acer\u00eda, lo que se refleja en el precio. Nuestro ESR H13 suele costar entre 300 y 350 d\u00f3lares estadounidenses por tonelada m\u00e1s que el H13 no ESR, y esa diferencia de precio es una prueba m\u00e1s que los compradores pueden utilizar.
