Uno o dos elementos aparecen fuera del rango esperado. La reacci\u00f3n inmediata es comprensible: \u00bfacaso la f\u00e1brica envi\u00f3 material de baja calidad para conseguir el pedido y luego planea enviar algo diferente para el env\u00edo a granel?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta preocupaci\u00f3n surge con la suficiente frecuencia en el comercio internacional de aceros para herramientas como para que valga la pena analizarla con calma, porque la causa rara vez es la que los compradores suponen en un principio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un caso reciente que involucra a un fabricante brit\u00e1nico de cuchillas para maquinaria industrial y cuchillas para trituradoras ilustra bien esto. Despu\u00e9s de realizar una prueba independiente en una muestra D2, el laboratorio del cliente nos envi\u00f3 el rango qu\u00edmico de referencia con el que estaba trabajando, junto con los resultados de las mediciones, y nos pidi\u00f3 que explic\u00e1ramos por qu\u00e9 dos elementos hab\u00edan dado valores inferiores a ese rango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-a-test-report-can-look-out-of-spec-when-the-steel-is-not\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 un informe de prueba puede parecer &quot;fuera de especificaci\u00f3n&quot; cuando el acero no lo es.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de concluir que un proveedor ha manipulado la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, conviene comprobar tres aspectos que suelen generar m\u00e1s disputas que los problemas de composici\u00f3n en s\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-1-the-reference-range-itself-may-be-wrong\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. El rango de referencia en s\u00ed mismo puede ser incorrecto. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso, el laboratorio del cliente utilizaba un rango de referencia de 0,60% a 1,60% para el manganeso, y el resultado medido para la muestra fue de 0,40%, por debajo de dicho rango. Este rango de referencia es incorrecto. Seg\u00fan la norma ASTM A681, el rango est\u00e1ndar de Mn para D2 se sit\u00faa entre 0,10% y 0,60%. Seg\u00fan la norma DIN EN ISO 4957 para el equivalente europeo, 1,2379, el rango aceptado es de 0,20% a 0,60%. Medido con respecto al est\u00e1ndar correcto, un resultado de 0,40% se encuentra c\u00f3modamente dentro del rango aceptado, en lugar de fuera de \u00e9l. El contenido de Mn es un punto com\u00fan de confusi\u00f3n entre D2 y 1,2379, y este tipo de confusi\u00f3n no es un error administrativo poco frecuente. Los documentos est\u00e1ndar se copian, traducen y se transmiten de manera informal entre departamentos, y un solo error de transcripci\u00f3n puede persistir durante a\u00f1os antes de que alguien lo detecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Grado<\/td><td>Est\u00e1ndar<\/td><td>Rango correcto de Mn<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>D2<\/td><td>ASTM A681<\/td><td>0.10% \u2013 0.60%<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1.2379<\/td><td>DIN EN ISO 4957<\/td><td>0.20% \u2013 0.60%<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-a-low-carbon-reading-is-usually-a-surface-effect-not-a-bulk-composition-problem\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Un valor bajo de carbono suele ser un efecto superficial, no un problema de composici\u00f3n global. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suministramos acero para herramientas en el <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/es\/tool-steel-annealed-condition\/\">condici\u00f3n recocida<\/a>, que pasa por un recocido completo, y una fina capa de descarburaci\u00f3n superficial es un subproducto normal e inevitable de ese proceso, en lugar de un signo de material de calidad inferior. Esta es precisamente la raz\u00f3n por la que los protocolos de prueba est\u00e1ndar exigen rectificar de 1 a 2 mm de la superficie antes de realizar una prueba. <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/es\/d2-steel-composition\/\">qu\u00edmico<\/a> an\u00e1lisis, por lo que la lectura refleja la verdadera composici\u00f3n global en lugar de una fina capa descarburizada. Una segunda causa comparte el mismo mecanismo de ra\u00edz: si un laboratorio <a href=\"https:\/\/aobosteel.com\/es\/d2-tool-steel-heat-treatment-guide\/\">endurece<\/a> La muestra para una prueba de dureza sin atm\u00f3sfera protectora ni envoltura de l\u00e1mina de acero inoxidable, ese paso descarburiza la superficie de la misma manera y produce el mismo efecto en una lectura de carbono posterior. Una acer\u00eda no tiene forma pr\u00e1ctica de enviar selectivamente una muestra &quot;buena&quot; para su aprobaci\u00f3n y una composici\u00f3n diferente para la orden de producci\u00f3n, ya que cada elemento se fija durante la fusi\u00f3n y se asegura mucho antes de que el material sea laminado, forjado o tratado t\u00e9rmicamente. Un comprador que sospeche este tipo de sustituci\u00f3n puede confirmarla o descartarla de inmediato utilizando un espectr\u00f3metro PMI port\u00e1til o un an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio est\u00e1ndar del material entregado, y cualquier discrepancia real se detectar\u00eda al instante. Manipular la qu\u00edmica para aprobar una muestra y rechazar un env\u00edo ser\u00eda un esfuerzo in\u00fatil, ya que el producto final es tan f\u00e1cil de verificar como la muestra original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-to-check-before-raising-a-quality-concern\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comprobar antes de plantear una queja sobre la calidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando un resultado de prueba parece an\u00f3malo, una breve secuencia de verificaci\u00f3n resuelve la mayor\u00eda de las disputas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que un intercambio prolongado de correos electr\u00f3nicos. Comience por confirmar de qu\u00e9 norma y grado se extrajo el rango, ya que los grados D2, 1.2379 y otros grados similares para trabajo en fr\u00edo tienen una composici\u00f3n lo suficientemente parecida como para que sea f\u00e1cil confundir los rangos. Para una lectura de bajo contenido de carbono en particular, confirme que la superficie de la muestra se haya rectificado entre 1 y 2 mm antes del an\u00e1lisis y que el resultado refleje un promedio de 3 a 4 puntos de prueba en lugar de un solo punto, ya que una capa superficial descarburizada que quede en su lugar reducir\u00e1 la lectura independientemente de la composici\u00f3n global real. Finalmente, solicite el certificado de prueba de f\u00e1brica (MTC) seg\u00fan EN 10204 3.1 junto con el informe original, ya que un certificado v\u00e1lido mostrar\u00e1 una qu\u00edmica consistente en toda la colada y proporcionar\u00e1 un segundo punto de datos para comparar con el resultado del laboratorio independiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-a-transparent-supplier-should-provide\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que debe proporcionar un proveedor transparente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un proveedor que conf\u00eda en su control de calidad debe estar dispuesto a proporcionar sin reparos toda la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria: composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, dureza, microestructura, resultados de ensayos ultras\u00f3nicos (UT) y energ\u00eda de impacto, junto con el certificado de ensayo de f\u00e1brica para la colada espec\u00edfica. Si un comprador solicita la traducci\u00f3n de un informe de ensayo en chino, dicha solicitud debe ser atendida sin objeciones, ya que los datos subyacentes hablan por s\u00ed solos independientemente del idioma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las discrepancias en la composici\u00f3n son habituales en el suministro internacional de acero para herramientas, especialmente cuando compradores y acer\u00edas operan bajo sistemas de normas diferentes. La mayor\u00eda se resuelven cuando ambas partes utilizan el mismo rango de referencia y m\u00e9todo de muestreo.
