Esta aleaci\u00f3n forma numerosos carburos ricos en cromo. No fuerce la muela ni la piedra contra el filo. Una presi\u00f3n excesiva no afila el acero D2 de forma segura; solo aumenta el calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfr\u00ede la herramienta con frecuencia durante el proceso de lijado. Si utiliza una amoladora de banco o una amoladora de banda, sumerja el filo en agua con frecuencia antes de que se caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observa atentamente el color del filo. Si el color es pajizo, amarillo, marr\u00f3n, morado o azul, significa que el filo se ha sobrecalentado. Una vez que aparece el color de temple, es posible que el filo afectado ya est\u00e9 blando. Desbasta la zona da\u00f1ada antes de volver a afilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-avoid-severe-damage-from-heavy-grinding\">3. Evite da\u00f1os graves por molienda intensa.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El afilado intensivo con maquinaria pesada puede da\u00f1ar permanentemente el filo si no se controla el calor. Si el filo presenta colores de temple intensos o pierde capacidad de corte r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s del afilado, retire por completo la secci\u00f3n da\u00f1ada antes de crear un nuevo filo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el afilado rutinario, evite el lijado agresivo. Es m\u00e1s seguro realizar pasadas ligeras y controladas que intentar restaurar el filo con un solo corte fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-finish-with-light-honing\">4. Finalizar con un ligero pulido.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el afilado, finalice el filo con un ligero pulido. Utilice una piedra fina y plana y retire la menor cantidad de material posible. El objetivo es refinar el filo, no modificar su forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el mantenimiento rutinario, un afilado ligero suele ser mejor que un rectificado intenso y repetido.
