Propiedades mec\u00e1nicas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El acero 6CrW\u2082Si posee una tenacidad relativamente alta, una alta dureza en estado de temple, cierta resistencia a altas temperaturas y una alta resistencia a la fatiga. Presenta una ligera fragilidad por revenido a temperaturas de 300 a 350 \u00b0C. Su dureza puede alcanzar 54-56 HRC tras el revenido a 250 \u00b0C y 50-52 HRC tras el revenido a 450 \u00b0C. La resistencia al revenido y al desgaste de este acero son ligeramente superiores a las del acero 5CrW\u2082Si, pero su tenacidad es comparativamente menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los aceros de la serie cromo-tungsteno-silicio (Cr-W-Si) presentan una alta sensibilidad a la descarburaci\u00f3n y su deformaci\u00f3n por temple es dif\u00edcil de controlar. En condiciones de desgaste abrasivo, presentan una resistencia al desgaste insuficiente y su tenacidad al impacto es inferior a la de los aceros resistentes al impacto que contienen molibdeno (Mo) y n\u00edquel (Ni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-applications\">6.
