El acero P20+Ni es un acero para moldes de pl\u00e1stico de acabado espejo desarrollado mediante la mejora del acero americano P20 con la adici\u00f3n de una aleaci\u00f3n de Ni. Este acero se caracteriza por su alta templabilidad, excelente pulibilidad, rendimiento del mecanizado por electroerosi\u00f3n (EDM) y propiedades de texturizado.     El acero 1.2738 es un acero alem\u00e1n superpretemplado para moldes de pl\u00e1stico. Se suministra en estado pretemplado, lo que elimina la necesidad de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico adicional y permite el mecanizado directo en moldes. Ofrece una excelente maquinabilidad, facilita el corte y el pulido, y se somete a un tratamiento de recocido de alivio de tensiones y nitruraci\u00f3n superficial con m\u00ednimas variaciones dimensionales y de dureza. Es especialmente adecuado para marcos de moldes de pl\u00e1stico con un espesor superior a 400 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
