Comprender estos procesos t\u00e9rmicos es fundamental para optimizar sus componentes de acero 52100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"15-eael-table-of-content\">3.1 Austenizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La etapa de austenizaci\u00f3n consiste en calentar el acero 52100 para transformar su estructura. Es importante evitar calentar el acero 52100 por encima de este rango espec\u00edfico (sobrecalentamiento), ya que esto puede provocar una retenci\u00f3n excesiva de austenita y un mayor riesgo de fisuraci\u00f3n durante el temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"16-eael-table-of-content\">3.2 Enfriamiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la austenizaci\u00f3n, el acero 52100 se enfr\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente (templado). Los medios de temple m\u00e1s comunes para el acero 52100 son el aceite y el ba\u00f1o de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El martempering es otra t\u00e9cnica utilizada para el acero 52100.
