La resistencia al revenido ayuda al acero a mantener su dureza y resistencia durante el servicio a altas temperaturas. La tenacidad ralentiza la propagaci\u00f3n de grietas una vez que comienzan a aparecer fisuras por calor. La conductividad t\u00e9rmica reduce la diferencia de temperatura entre la superficie caliente y el n\u00facleo m\u00e1s fr\u00edo.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        Los principales elementos de aleaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a estas propiedades. El cromo mejora la resistencia a la oxidaci\u00f3n y la estabilidad de los carburos. El molibdeno y el tungsteno mejoran la dureza en caliente y la resistencia al ablandamiento. El vanadio forma carburos estables, que ayudan a mantener una estructura m\u00e1s fina.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        El H10 contiene aproximadamente un 31 % de cromo TP3T, mientras que el H13 contiene aproximadamente un 51 %. Esto le confiere al H10 una mayor conductividad t\u00e9rmica, de unos 32 W\/mK, en comparaci\u00f3n con los aproximadamente 26 W\/mK del H13. En herramientas donde la temperatura de la superficie cambia r\u00e1pidamente, esto puede ayudar a reducir el agrietamiento por calor.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        El acero H21 funciona desde una perspectiva diferente.
