El rango com\u00fan de dureza recocida es de 187 a 223 HB, mientras que algunas referencias de proveedores utilizan de 200 a 225 HBW o una referencia superior de aproximadamente 230 HB.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          El acero S7 recocido no debe considerarse demasiado blando simplemente porque su dureza sea inferior a su dureza final de trabajo. Esta es una etapa de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, no la condici\u00f3n normal de servicio.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          El acero debe templarse para reducir las tensiones internas y ajustar el equilibrio final entre dureza y tenacidad. Para la mayor\u00eda de las aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas de herramientas, se utiliza acero S7 con una dureza aproximada de 54-58 HRC.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          La dureza final depende de la temperatura de austenizaci\u00f3n, el m\u00e9todo de temple, la temperatura de revenido, el tama\u00f1o de la secci\u00f3n y los requisitos de servicio. El valor de dureza indicado en el papel siempre debe corresponderse con las condiciones reales de trabajo de la herramienta.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"aobo-section\">\n      <div class=\"aobo-section-head\">\n        <h2>C\u00f3mo elegir la dureza de trabajo S7<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"aobo-section-body\">\n        <p>\n          En el caso del acero para herramientas S7, el valor HRC m\u00e1s alto no siempre es el mejor objetivo.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Una herramienta endurecida a cerca de 60 HRC puede tener mayor resistencia del filo, pero puede perder parte de la resistencia al impacto que hace \u00fatil la dureza S7. Para cargas de choque repetidas, una dureza ligeramente menor suele proporcionar una mayor vida \u00fatil.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Si la herramienta se astilla, se agrieta o se rompe por impacto, una dureza menor suele ser m\u00e1s segura.
