Las presiones internas com\u00fanmente superan los 200 MPa (30 ksi), generando as\u00ed fuerzas de estallido y cargas de cierre de matriz. Al mismo tiempo, el contacto deslizante bajo carga produce cizallamiento por fricci\u00f3n en la superficie de la matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el hidroconformado en caliente, las temperaturas de la matriz pueden alcanzar hasta 400 \u00b0C (750 \u00b0F), especialmente al conformar aleaciones de aluminio o magnesio. Bajo estas condiciones combinadas, la falla de la matriz generalmente es impulsada por deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica, engripamiento, desgaste superficial o, a temperatura elevada, fatiga t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Factores de selecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La selecci\u00f3n de acero para herramientas para matrices de hidroconformado se rige por tres riesgos principales: deformaci\u00f3n bajo presi\u00f3n, da\u00f1o superficial por fricci\u00f3n y falla estructural bajo cargas combinadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n<br><\/strong>El hidroconformado aplica presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica sostenida y fuerza de cierre axial. El material de la matriz debe resistir la deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica para mantener la precisi\u00f3n dimensional. Una vez que ocurre la fluencia, la geometr\u00eda de la matriz se altera permanentemente, lo que provoca desviaci\u00f3n de la pieza y rechazo temprano de la herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resistencia al desgaste frente a tenacidad<br><\/strong>La fricci\u00f3n entre la pieza de trabajo y la superficie de la matriz conduce a desgaste adhesivo (engripamiento) y abrasi\u00f3n. Aumentar la dureza mejora la resistencia al desgaste pero reduce la tenacidad. Bajo alta presi\u00f3n interna, pueden desarrollarse tensiones de tracci\u00f3n localizadas, haciendo que los aceros fr\u00e1giles sean propensos al agrietamiento.<br>Por lo tanto, la selecci\u00f3n debe seguir el modo de falla dominante. En condiciones impulsadas por el desgaste, una mayor dureza y contenido de carburo mejoran la vida \u00fatil de la matriz. Donde existe riesgo de agrietamiento, la tenacidad se convierte en el factor limitante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pulibilidad<\/strong><br>El acabado superficial afecta directamente la fricci\u00f3n y el flujo del material. Una mala calidad superficial aumenta el engripamiento y acelera el da\u00f1o superficial. Los aceros para herramientas con una microestructura uniforme permiten un pulido estable y una mejor retenci\u00f3n de la superficie durante la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Estabilidad t\u00e9rmica<br><\/strong>En el hidroconformado en caliente, el acero debe retener la dureza y resistir la fatiga t\u00e9rmica bajo calentamiento y enfriamiento repetidos. El ablandamiento acelera el desgaste, mientras que una resistencia insuficiente a la fatiga t\u00e9rmica conduce al agrietamiento superficial.
