En la pr\u00e1ctica, la vida \u00fatil de una matriz depende de la resistencia del material al desgaste, la adhesi\u00f3n y la inestabilidad superficial bajo contacto sostenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Factores de selecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La selecci\u00f3n del material para las matrices de embutici\u00f3n profunda se rige por la carga mec\u00e1nica y el comportamiento de fricci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s que por la temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resistencia a la deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica es esencial para mantener la geometr\u00eda del troquel bajo alta presi\u00f3n de contacto. Una vez que la superficie se deforma, se pierde la holgura y la calidad de la pieza se deteriora r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resistencia al desgaste debe abordar tanto la abrasi\u00f3n como la adhesi\u00f3n. El contacto deslizante continuo requiere un material que resista el desgaste superficial y, al mismo tiempo, limite la acumulaci\u00f3n de metal en la pieza de trabajo. Esto suele favorecer a los aceros con un contenido suficiente de carburo, pero un volumen excesivo de carburo aumenta la fragilidad y el riesgo de astillamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dureza mejora la resistencia al desgaste y reduce la adherencia, pero debe equilibrarse con la tenacidad.
