Precalentamiento<\/h3>\n      <p>El precalentamiento a 1200-1250 \u00b0F garantiza una distribuci\u00f3n uniforme de la temperatura y reduce las tensiones internas antes de la transformaci\u00f3n. Un precalentamiento insuficiente aumenta el riesgo de deformaci\u00f3n y agrietamiento.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>2. Austenitizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n      <p>La austenizaci\u00f3n a 800-900 \u00b0C transforma la estructura en austenita y disuelve parcialmente los carburos de aleaci\u00f3n. El tiempo de mantenimiento depende del espesor de la secci\u00f3n, generalmente una hora por pulgada despu\u00e9s de que la pieza alcanza la temperatura m\u00e1xima del horno. Una temperatura excesiva aumenta la austenita retenida y reduce la estabilidad de la dureza, mientras que una temperatura insuficiente produce un endurecimiento incompleto.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>3. Enfriamiento<\/h3>\n      <p>El temple se realiza en aire est\u00e1tico o gas controlado. La pieza debe enfriarse a aproximadamente 65 \u00b0C antes del revenido. Templado<\/h3>\n      <p>El revenido se realiza inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del temple. El primer revenido a 400-450 \u00b0F reduce las tensiones internas y ajusta la dureza. Tras el enfriamiento, se requiere un segundo revenido para estabilizar la estructura y evitar el agrietamiento durante su uso.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>5. Tratamiento criog\u00e9nico\/bajo cero opcional<\/h3>\n      <p>Tras el temple, se puede aplicar un tratamiento a temperaturas bajo cero o criog\u00e9nicas para mejorar la estabilidad dimensional y la consistencia de la dureza.
